Presidential Decree No. 324 of 2007\u00a0 and the regulations were established by Ministerial Decree No. 259 dated 9\/2\/2009 and studies were conducted in it during the academic year 2008-2009 and The faculty will also develop, update, and conduct economic, technical, and feasibility studies for industrial zones located in Upper Egypt.<br \/>3-. To assist in the development of the governorates of Upper Egypt in the field of higher education and to provide job opportunities there.<br \/>5.
